Roanoke, VA – Roanoke area business person Robert M. Brudzinski has started a new business advisory firm, Change Up Management, Inc., focused on helping small and medium sized business owners relieve their stress and make more money.

Bob will initially work with businesses in the Roanoke, Montgomery, Botetourt and Franklin counties. “I’m very excited about bringing the breadth of my business background to provide local business owners with a hand when they need it or just someone with whom to discuss their business and get unbiased recommendations”, said Mr. Brudzinski.

Mr. Brudzinski has held senior management positions for major firms in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of consumer, industrial, chemical and automotive parts. Mr. Brudzinski has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Masters in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.

In addition, Mr. Brudzinski is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, a global, not-for-profit research, training and accreditation organization established in 1984 to provide practical advice to owners of small to medium sized businesses. It is the largest organization of its type, with over 3,500 executives having been accredited.
